Energy Healing

Reiki and Quantum Touch work with the body’s natural life force energy, often referred to as the biofield, supporting regulation, restoration, and integration at a nervous system level. Emotional stress and trauma are not only processed cognitively. They are often held in the body, showing up as tension, fatigue, pain, or a sense of disconnection from oneself. Energy healing helps the body soften out of survival so insight, emotional work, and behavioural change can land more fully.

This work complements counselling and coaching by supporting embodiment and integration. When the nervous system feels safer and more regulated, therapeutic and coaching work can be absorbed and sustained with greater ease. Sessions may include hands on or hands off energy work, breath awareness, gentle movement, and guided somatic attention to support balance, emotional processing, and reconnection with the body’s innate capacity for healing.

  • Vibrational energy healing is based on the understanding that living systems are influenced by subtle energy, whether through the body itself or through elements such as light, sound, touch, breath, and other supportive modalities. The intention of this work is to support emotional and physical harmony by helping the body return to a greater sense of balance, regulation, and felt safety.

    Approaching each client through a trauma informed lens, Lea offers care that is attuned, consent based, and responsive to the body’s signals. Her work supports the physical and emotional energy systems through gentle, non invasive practices that help release accumulated stress and emotional pressure. Sessions may draw from Reiki, Quantum Touch, intuitive awareness, and spiritually informed therapeutic principles, guided by a heart centered approach that prioritizes safety, presence, and integration.

    With over a decade of experience as a healing practitioner, Lea’s focus is on supporting parasympathetic nervous system activation and creating conditions where the body can settle, regulate, and restore. This work is offered as complementary care, supporting the body’s natural capacity for alignment and resilience rather than forcing change.

  • When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into the office with gentle lighting and a subtle option of aromatherapy in the space. After a brief check in, you’ll be invited to settle onto a heated massage table with pillows to support your head and knees. A weighted eye pillow is offered as an option to reduce light and support relaxation. All comfort elements are optional and adjusted based on your preferences.

    Before the session begins, consent is discussed and revisited throughout. You’ll be invited to choose between hands on or hands off energy work, and this choice can be changed at any time. Soft music may be played to support relaxation, or silence can be maintained if preferred.

    Additional tools such as bells, tuning forks, or crystals may be offered with your consent during the session. You are always free to decline or adjust any part of the experience.

    People experience energy work in many different ways. Some notice warmth, gentle pressure (never pain), tingling, or a sense of relaxation, while others may feel very little physically. Sensations may arise in areas different from where contact is made, reflecting the body’s own patterns of release and regulation.

    You are welcome to speak at any point during the session or to rest quietly. Many people find themselves drifting into deep relaxation or sleep, which is welcomed and supported.

  • Energetic healing is intended to be calming, supportive, and restorative, often creating a sense of balance that continues to unfold after a session. It can be a helpful complement to counselling, coaching, or other therapeutic work by supporting emotional integration and nervous system regulation, particularly after periods of heightened stress or emotional processing.

    Some clients notice subtle shifts in the days following a session as their system continues to integrate the work. This may look like a desire for deeper rest, increased clarity, or renewed energy. Responses vary widely and are influenced by individual nervous system patterns, stress load, and overall wellbeing. There is no single or expected experience.

    It is common for people to feel more thirsty or drawn to gentle movement after a session. Listening to your body is encouraged. Supportive aftercare may include hydration, nourishing food, rest, and light movement. Many practitioners recommend avoiding alcohol for a short period following energy based work, as it can interfere with regulation and integration.

    This work is complementary in nature and is not a substitute for medical or mental health care. Your experience will unfold in a way that is unique to your body, pace, and capacity.

  • Frequency of sessions is entirely guided by your comfort level, capacity, and individual needs. Some clients choose to attend sessions more regularly and combine energetic healing alongside counselling or other therapeutic work to support emotional integration. Others prefer occasional sessions during periods of heightened stress or as part of intentional self care.

    Energetic healing is offered as a complementary service and can be accessed at any point in your healing or wellness journey.

  • There is absolutely nothing you need to do to prepare for a session. Come as you are!

Lea Morrison of Lea Morrison Healing is a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor with over a decade of experience in personal development, stress regulation, and trauma-informed support. Her work helps individuals better understand how lived experience and nervous system responses shape emotional wellbeing and patterns of coping.

Lea integrates therapeutic counselling, trauma-informed education, and complementary energy healing practices. Energy-based services are offered as supportive wellness practices and are not a replacement for medical or psychological care. Clients are encouraged to engage with appropriate healthcare providers as needed. Lea’s role is to offer a safe, collaborative space where healing can unfold with respect for autonomy, capacity, and informed choice.
