Counselling offers a space for deeper emotional exploration, processing, and therapeutic support. Coaching is present focused and practical, supporting skill building, self awareness, and everyday resilience without clinical treatment. You don’t need to know which one you need right away. This page will help you understand the differences so you can choose the support that fits you best.

Energy Healing
Reiki and Quantum Touch healing support counselling, coaching, and personal growth by helping the body catch up to what the mind already understands. Trauma doesn’t only live in thoughts or memories. It often shows up as tension, fatigue, or emotional overwhelm held in the body. These sessions combine body awareness, nervous system support, and energy-based practices to gently release what’s been stored, restore balance, and help you reconnect with your body’s natural capacity for regulation and healing.
Education | Mind Your Heart Academy
Mind Your Heart Academy is an educational hub offering trauma-informed learning for individuals, professionals, and organizations.
It includes two core memberships: the Mental Health Membership, a year-long closed program of psychoeducational workshops for personal growth, and The Informed Practitioner, a monthly professional circle for those applying trauma-informed principles in their work.
The Academy also delivers workshops and trainings for teams, schools, and organizations seeking practical, nervous system-informed approaches to mental health and wellbeing. All offerings are designed to support thoughtful integration alongside therapy, coaching, or professional practice.
Medical Intuitive Readings
Medical intuitive readings offer a different way of listening to the body. Through intuitive perception, patterns related to stress, strain, and underlying imbalances may come into awareness, helping bring language to what hasn’t fully made sense.
Sometimes you know something feels off, but can’t quite explain why or haven’t been able to find clear answers. This work can offer a different perspective, bringing insight to areas that may benefit from further attention or exploration with your trusted providers.
This is not diagnostic and not a replacement for medical care, but it can provide clarity, direction, and a deeper understanding of what your system may be communicating.
