Our coping mechanisms are brilliant and were designed as a way to survive emotionally/physically difficult situations, but they can also limit personal growth and hinder your success. From childhood to the teen years and beyond into adulthood, we don’t often recognize the patterns we lean into subconsciously that continue to hold us back. Learning why you struggle is part of learning how to thrive without the re-traumatization of diving into past pain. This group series is infused with educational resources, reflections and easy to use applications to help you sustainably climb out of those patterns ultimately shifting your perspective and quite possibly your life - forever. 

It’s not about preventing the mess, but how to work through the mess where it stops MESSING YOU UP! You are not meant to live a life of survival with “barely-there” coping skills and constant chaos while you seek the meaning of your existence. You are more capable than perhaps you were ever led to believe.

How it works      

This program is broken down into 6 pre-recorded educational classes alongside 6 connection calls each week. I will walk you through educational lessons, simple checklists of awareness, demonstrations and easy to use worksheets on understanding what trauma and emotional injury is and how it affects the physical body.  While this is NOT a means of therapy or to address acute traumatic responses, this group is a closed and safe container of support to help you understand your reactivity & wounds better. We ALL have our stuff, we ALL get triggered into reactive states, we ALL have been through heartbreak or emotional distress - some more traumatic than others. How do you move through it, around it and past it? You will learn all of that in this program. Plus there are multiple benefits to working within a group platform instead of solo!

This program provided me way more self awareness recognizing habits I had fallen into as a Trauma response and how those habits have already changed for the better.
